伺服系統(tǒng)的組成
伺服系統(tǒng)可分為開環(huán)、半閉環(huán)、閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng)。
具有反饋的閉環(huán)自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)由位置檢測部分、偏差放大部分、執(zhí)行部分及被控對象組成。
伺服系統(tǒng)的性能要求
伺服系統(tǒng)必須具備可控性好,穩(wěn)定性高和適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)等基本性能。說明一下,可控性好是指訊號消失以后,能立即自行停轉(zhuǎn);穩(wěn)定性高是指轉(zhuǎn)矩隨轉(zhuǎn)速的增加而均勻下降;適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)是指反應(yīng)快、靈敏、響態(tài)品質(zhì)好。
伺服系統(tǒng)的種類
通常根據(jù)伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)的種類來分類,有電氣式、油壓式或電氣—油壓式三種。
伺服系統(tǒng)若按功能來分,則有計(jì)量伺服和功率伺服系統(tǒng);模擬伺服和功率伺服系統(tǒng);位置伺服和加速度伺服系統(tǒng)等。

氣式伺服系統(tǒng)根據(jù)電氣信號可分為DC直流伺服系統(tǒng)和AC交流伺服系統(tǒng)二大類。AC交流伺服系統(tǒng)又有異步電機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)和同步電機(jī)伺服系統(tǒng)兩種。
交流伺服的技術(shù)本身就是借鑒并應(yīng)用了變頻的技術(shù),在直流電機(jī)的伺服控制的基礎(chǔ)上通過變頻的PWM方式模仿直流電機(jī)的控制方式來實(shí)現(xiàn)的,也就是說交流伺服電機(jī)必然有變頻的這一環(huán)節(jié):變頻就是將工頻的50、60HZ的交流電先整流成直流電,然后通過可控制門極的各類晶體管(IGBT,IGCT等)通過載波頻率和PWM調(diào)節(jié)逆變?yōu)轭l率可調(diào)的波形類似于正余弦的脈動(dòng)電,由于頻率可調(diào),所以交流電機(jī)的速度就可調(diào)了(n=60f/p ,n轉(zhuǎn)速,f頻率, p極對數(shù))
