液下渣漿泵為單級、單吸懸臂式結(jié)構(gòu)，用軸承座，支承座，聯(lián)接管連接泵的水力部件，液體由出液管部件排出，泵的葉輪為半開式葉輪，在葉輪葉片進口延伸處設(shè)有攪拌葉片，該泵主要特點是在液下部位的泵軸，有足夠的剛度，葉輪，泵殼之間不設(shè)軸承，不采用軸封，可以輸送含有非常大濃度固定顆粒的介質(zhì)。

進口液下渣漿泵工作原理：Wong principle of imported submerged slurry pump:

泵的立式電動機以螺栓固緊電機座上，并通過彈性聯(lián)軸器與泵直接傳動、泵體、中間接管、泵架、出液管、管法蘭，以螺栓聯(lián)接構(gòu)成一體，固定在底板上，泵的整體通過底板安裝在容器上。新型進口液下泵可輸送易燃易爆等輕質(zhì)性介質(zhì)，因設(shè)計上的改進幾乎無磨損、免維護、低耗能。
2、新型進口液下泵內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)采用不銹鋼制成，定子和轉(zhuǎn)子之間有一個大約相當(dāng)于一張A4紙厚度的縫隙，介質(zhì)從中間流過，起到兩個作用：一是給電機降溫，從而保障電機壽命。二、液體從定子和轉(zhuǎn)子之間的縫隙流過，對軸承起到很好的潤滑作用。電機的溫升[6] 問題和軸承的磨損問題都得到了有效解決。
