1.具絡合、抗還原及電位調(diào)節(jié)作用，有效地防止高錳酸鉀分解。防降低生產(chǎn)成本。
2.性能穩(wěn)定，著色均勻，可獲得穩(wěn)定的18K金色，顏色有良好的耐光﹑耐候性。

高錳酸鉀 ：10~15g/l

試劑硫酸 ： 20～30g/l

JB-C06    ：  20～25g/l

u  維護和管理

1.每天檢測槽液中的高錳酸鉀和游離酸濃度并根據(jù)分析結果及時補加調(diào)整；處理100m2約消耗JB-C06：0.8～1.2kg。

2.在使用過程中，槽底部有沉積物產(chǎn)生，它不影響著色液的使用，槽底沉淀物應定期清理；不生產(chǎn)時須加蓋槽液以防污染。

u  包裝、貯存及保質期

25kg紙箱裝；避光、避堿、輕放、密封置干燥，陰涼處，防止泄漏。室溫存放1年。

u  Product Features

1．Complex mixture, contains anti oxidant regulation agent. Able to prevent decomposition of potassium permanganate. Lower production cost.

2.Highly stable and produce even and bright 18k golden coloring which has good light and weather resistance property.

Potassium Permanganate ：10~15g/l

Sulfuric acid (Reagent)  ： 20～30g/l

JB-C06    ：   20～25g/l

Potassium Permanganate ： 10～15g/l    Free acid   ： 22～28g/l

Temp  ： 20～25 ℃                   Voltage ： 10～18 V

u  Maintenance and cool

1.Daily analysis of bath solution for potassium permanganate and free sulfuric acid conceation. Add to adjust accordingly. Consumption of JB-C06 for every 100m2 of aluminum surface treated is 0.8 to 1.2kg.  

2.During production sediment will produce at the bottom of bath and should be removed regularly. Cover bath if not under production to prevent contamination.

 

u  Packing and Storage

25kg carton pack；Protect form heating, avoid alkali, keep sealed in a dry, cool place and  prevent   leakage. The product shelve life is 1 year under room temperature.
