鋁合金單錫鹽電解著色添加劑

一、開槽參數 (tank set up parameters)

硫酸亞錫（stannous sulfate）：10～15g/l          

    硫酸 （sulfuric acid）：15~20 g/l      DBR-601：20~25 g/l

二、控制參數 (coolling parameters)

硫酸亞錫（stannous sulfate）：10～15g/l

游離酸（free acid）： 15～18g/l   PH （value）：   0.8～1.2   

溫度（Temperature）： 18～22℃  時間（Time）： 0.5～10min

三、維護和管理 (maintenance and cool)

1.每天檢測槽液濃度并按分析結果及時調整，硫酸亞錫和DBR-601按1：2比例添加。每處理100m2約消耗DBR-601：0.4～0.6Kg。槽液的總酸度控制在30～40g/l。

Detection of the bath conceation one time a day, according to the analysis results to adjust; it added stannous sulfate and DBR-601 can be 1：1.5～2 ,the DBR-601 of consumption is 0.4～0.6Kg for each 100m2 treatment aluminum. Total acidity cool in 30 ~ 40g / l.

2.添加硫酸亞錫時須同DBR-601先混合再溶解于槽液中；向槽中補加純水時，必須在攪拌下緩慢加入，以防止局部硫酸亞錫水解，導致槽液發(fā)渾。

When added stannous sulfate, it should  be mixed with the DBR-601 first and then dissolved in the bath , added water, you must join slowly in the stirring, to prevent  partial hydrolysis of stannous sulfate, tending to bath volatility .

3.槽液對銅雜質較敏感，清理導電銅座時須特別注意不得污染槽液。
