三、維護和管理 (maintenance and cool)
1．標準膜（10um）下，DBR-501的消耗3～4kg/ton，膜厚增加，消耗相應增加。
In normal anodizing film thickness(10um), the consumption of DBR-501 is 3～4 kg/ton; the consumption will increase according to film thickness.
2．DBR-501溶于冷水較慢，生產過程中開缸或添加時應先溶解后再加入槽中，以免有效物沉于槽底，造成消耗過大。
DBR-501 is difficult to dissolve in cold water; the chemical should be dissolved first in other medium before adding to the tank, this will prevent condensation and waste.
