鋁合金陽較氧化前無煙化學拋光劑

一、開槽參數(shù) (tank set up parameters)

H₃PO₄ ： 50~60%    H₂SO₄ ： 40~50%

     AL³⁺：20g/L         DBR~301 : 20~30g/L

二、控制參數(shù) (coolling parameters)

H₃PO₄ ： 50~60%    H₂SO₄ ： 40~50%

     AL³⁺ ：  20~50g/l

比重（specific gravity）：   1.76～1.84 g / cm³

溫度 (temperature): 95℃～110℃                          

時間 (time) ：0.5～5min

三、維護和管理 (maintenance and cool)

1.每天測量槽液比重并根據(jù)結(jié)果補加酸及時調(diào)整，偏高用磷酸調(diào)整；偏低用硫酸調(diào)整。處理100m2鋁材約消耗無煙化學拋光劑DBR-301：0.2～0.4kg。

  Measure the bath of the specific gravity and according to the analysis results adjust to add acid, when it’s high you can use nitrate to adjust; low can adjust with sulfuric acid. the consumption of DBR-301：0.2～0.4kg for each 100m2 aluminium treatment。

2.正常生產(chǎn)時消耗補加可按磷酸：硫酸=1：1。無煙化學拋光劑DBR-301補加為兩酸用量的1/100。

When normal production of the consumption, you can add phosphoric acid : sulfuric acid = 1:1。add the amount of DBR-301 for the two acid 1 / 100。

3.兩酸具較強的腐蝕性，操作時須佩戴耐酸堿手套及防護圍裙。不生產(chǎn)時加蓋槽液以防吸水。
