我國硬質(zhì)合金起步雖晚,但發(fā)展迅速。目前,硬質(zhì)合金模具基本上已系列化和標準化。從近幾年發(fā)展情況來看,我國硬質(zhì)合金模具的研究和設計的理論已更深入也更科學,應用也更廣泛。
在開發(fā)新型硬質(zhì)合金材料上,前幾年以鐵鎳代鉆為熱門。如湖南省冶金材料所開發(fā)的相當于YG、YG20、YG25的高度韌性硬質(zhì)合金,在用于冷鐓模、冷擠壓模等方面收到較好的效果。
近幾年來新的研究熱門是細晶、超細晶,甚至納米晶硬質(zhì)合金和梯度硬質(zhì)合金。梯度硬質(zhì)合金又有成分梯度、結(jié)構(gòu)梯度等,此外也有用金屬熔液滲透處理方法來生產(chǎn)梯度硬質(zhì)合金的,如梯度硬質(zhì)合金頂錘等。
