液壓隔膜式計(jì)量泵采用兩種調(diào)節(jié)方式：一是改變泵的柱塞行程長(zhǎng)度，可在停機(jī)或運(yùn)行狀態(tài)進(jìn)行。計(jì)量精度在土1%以?xún)?nèi)，用于手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)的有調(diào)量表，千分尺來(lái)指示柱塞相對(duì)行程值。二是采用變頻電機(jī)與變頻器組合，改變輸入的電源頻率調(diào)節(jié)泵速，改變流量大小。此方法適用于自動(dòng)、遙控及計(jì)算管理調(diào)節(jié)方式。

2、采用凸輪機(jī)構(gòu)．整體上完全無(wú)泄露，可安置于藥槽或管道上。

3、接觸介質(zhì)泵頭為PVC、可選PTFE、及不銹鋼材質(zhì)。

4、性?xún)r(jià)比高，普遍適用于，壓力要求不高的水處理行業(yè)。

5、在泵運(yùn)行或停止時(shí)也可任意調(diào)節(jié)流量也可定量輸出。

6、隔膜為多層復(fù)合結(jié)構(gòu)壓制而成，靠前層超韌性Teflon耐酸薄膜，第二層EPDM彈性橡膠，第三層厚度 支撐鐵芯，第四層采用強(qiáng)化尼龍纖維補(bǔ)強(qiáng)，第五采用EPDM彈性橡膠完全包履，可有效提升隔膜使用壽命。
